Jared Goldman

Principal/Producer

Jared Ian Goldman is an award winning independent producer with over two decades of experience producing for film and TV. Jared's recent credits include the Lionsgate comedy About My Father starring Sebastian Maniscalco and Robert De Niro, the Emmy nominated Netflix series Russian Doll, Marvel's hit series The Punisher, the Apple+ feature Palmer starring Justin Timberlake, and the Netflix feature The Devil All The Time, starring Tom Holland and Robert Pattinson.

Additional credits include We Have Always Lived In The Castle (Amazon), Netflix's hit Alex Strangelove, Ingrid Goes West (Neon/ Universal), Wilson (Fox Searchlight), Jeff Nichols’ academy award nominated Loving (Focus Features), Kill Your Darlings (SPC), The Skeleton Twins (Roadside Attractions) starring Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader, Rob Reiner’s And So It Goes starring Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton, Solitary Man starring Michael Douglas, The Wackness starring Ben Kingsley, and the Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning documentary Manda Bala (Send A Bullet).

Goldman began his career at Miramax Films before moving to GreeneStreet Films where he worked on titles such as the Oscar nominated In The Bedroom, the hit comedy Uptown Girls, and Robert Altman’s A Prairie Home Companion. Goldman is a member of the Producers Branch of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, the Producers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, and the National Arts Club.

Zola Glassman

Vice President

Zola is a Development Executive/Independent Producer who previously served as the Head of Development at Yale Productions, where she grew their slate annually with a plethora of projects and relationships. There, she brought in, developed and produced Zach Golden’s High Heat starring Don Johnson and Olga Kurylenko, developed and co-produced Katie Holmes’ upcoming drama Alone Together starring Katie Holmes, Jim Sturgess, and Melissa Leo, and co-produced Mark Neveldine’s Panama starring Mel Gibson and Cole Hauser. After receiving her BA in Film Production and Media Studies from Hampshire College, Zola began her career in entertainment working in representation at Paradigm Agency and MGMT. She moved from LA to NYC in 2017 to work at Anonymous Content where she helped manage talent and worked on Season 1 of Rightor Doyle's Netflix mini-series, Bonding. She began working with Jared Ian Goldman on Season 2 of Marvel's The Punisher and went onto work with him on Joe Robert Cole's Netflix drama All Day And A Night.

Zola segued into film finance and sales for 30WEST, where she was involved in a range of projects including Tarik Saleh’s upcoming thriller Violence of Action, starring Chris Pine and Ben Foster, and Kevin Macdonald’s academy award nominated The Mauritanian starring Jodie Foster, Benedict Cumberbatch, Shailene Woodley, and Tahar Rahim.

Phillip Fier

Financial Advisor

Prior to Focus Advisory Services LLC, Mr. Fier was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment where his groups were responsible for all strategic planning and financial analysis. This included worldwide distribution in all media, single film and video catalogue acquisitions, talent deal analysis, production greenlight process, audit claims, taxation issues and third party financing.

Prior to Sony, Mr. Fier was VP and CFO of 20th Century Fox International working on marketing and distribution strategy, acquisitions and co-financing arrangements. At both Sony and Fox, he worked on structuring and implementing deals with some of the world's top producers including Revolution Studios, Lucasfilm, MGM and New Regency.

Prior to Fox, Mr. Fier spearheaded Credit Lyonnais' effort to restructure its $1 billion loan portfolio to over 20 insolvent independent film and TV companies. In this role, he exercised day-to-day management control over all the entities. He prepared valuations, developed the distribution strategies, negotiated and settled nearly $100 million in claims, collected disputed receivables, and uncovered much of the massive fraud. Acting as COO of the 1,000 title library company, he helped orchestrate its successful sale for $225 million.

 

Neil Sacker

Attorney 

Neil Sacker is the founder of Sacker Entertainment Law. After graduating from Yale Law School, Neil began his law career in 1991 at Warner Bros. Studios, where he was eventually promoted to Senior Counsel. Starting in 1995, Neil served as Executive Vice President and as the youngest studio head of Business and Legal Affairs for Miramax Films and Dimension Films, respectively. At Miramax, Neil worked on over 75 films, including acclaimed feature films Scream, Good Will Hunting and The English Patient, and was responsible for acquiring the rights to the Lord of the Rings franchise.

Neil then served as Chief Operating Officer at the Yari Film Group, where he simultaneously ran Business and Legal Affairs, and oversaw the development and production of the company’s films, which included producing and financing award-winning independent films including the Academy Award-winning Crash, The Illusionist, The Matador, The Painted Veil, and Prime. He then became President of the independent movie production, finance, and international sales company, The Film Department, where he had responsibility for overseeing development, production, business and legal affairs, finance, and international sales. Under Neil’s leadership, they financed and produced Law Abiding Citizen starring Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx, The Rebound starring Catherine Zeta-Jones, and A Little Bit of Heaven starring Kate Hudson and Garcia Bernal.
